The Secrets to Making Successful Telemarketing Cold Calls Reviews
One of the more useful e-books I have read on this subject. Warren does a good job of outlining each of the areas involved with a successful call. Well written (a few grammatical errors but nothing too serious). Short and to the point. My only area of concern was the authors suggestion to use misleading pitches to get information or to get connected to decision makers. One paragraph started with "Another sneaky way" and another suggested you use "your name or a made up name". I don't care for this approach and will simply not use it. I don't believe it invalidates the rest of the ideas presented here.
