Alan Atkisson has been a leader in the sustainability space for a long time. This book chronicles the development of the tools that he uses in his consulting practice. However, the book lacks stories of how use of the tools brought about different outcomes at the organizations that he worked with. Basically, he relates the consulting part of the story without the outcome of the consulting. For many of us, we are more interested in the impact of the consulting than on the consulting itself.

Really well organized book and nice presentation. The book lays out the process that I have been missing for presenting sustainability initiatives at work.

This book is a game changer and a must read. I couldn't find it anywhere but Amazon and through the publisher's website, but it is well worth owning. Balanced in it's delivery between theory, journalism, parable, examples (including activity ideas), advice, and encouragement, this book has something for almost everyone. If you want a positive vision of the future and ideas on how we can work to get there, this book is for you.
