    I have always believed that the body was meant to heal itself and in order to function properly, as with a new car, it needs to be given the correct attention, care, and foods/fuel to make it run efficiently. I have been eating 90% of the foods this book presents and at 69 can function and perform as though I am 39. Dr. Marinella has provided excellent food sources to get and keep your body in good health. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to change their highly processed, fast food ways of eating.

    I've never met Dr. Marinella, but he sent me a copy of his book, and I read it from start to finish in about an hour.

    Dr. Marinella has used his vast knowledge about oncology and the importance of plant based foods in our diets to inform us about the benefits of phytonutrition. He explains things in an easy to understand way and gives great resources to refer back to in his book.
